Old Chief

It's taken a few months for me to get back into painting. I decided that throughout the month of december I'd try to paint as many paintings as Old Chief as I could. I made about 7 watercolor attempts before acknowledging (with regret) that I just can't paint with watercolor. One day. I made the switch to comfortable old acrylic and this is what I came up with. I really need to learn how to paint trees. Despite that, I love any picture with that prominent mountain!
